We ensure that communication is open and clear with our clients. Our initial phone call or in-office meeting allows us to identify the needs, goals, and dreams you have for your property. Based on our previous projects, we'll provide a general budget estimate for your property.
Design Agreement
Proper planning in the design stage ensures that you experience a streamlined build with minimal delays. Our knowledgeable team will work with you to determine the detailed scope of your project. While you make design decisions, we handle permitting and other essential behind-the-scenes details.
Project Proposal
After the planning process is complete, we ensure that all the details are correct and the plan meets your approval. All decisions are finalized, and we determine our project start and projected completion date.
Construction Begins
All of the careful planning comes to fruition in this phase. From foundation to the final walkthrough, our clients stay involved throughout the build process. We will keep you informed with frequent phone calls, pictures, and timeline updates.
Project Completion
At the completion of your build, we perform a final walk through to ensure that you are satisfied. We want your home to last for generations, and every element of our process ensures that it will. We stand behind our construction with a three-year warranty.
