We are a design/build, new construction, and remodeling contractor specializing in vacation homes in Rangeley, Maine. We have been in business for 24 years in the area and currently have 15 employees.

Job Qualifications:
The lead carpenter applicant must have at least five years of experience in a leadership position with a reputable building and remodeling company.
Job Description:
- Carpentry services including and not limited to the framing of floors, walls, and roof installation of doors and windows, siding, roofing, interior, and exterior trim, decks, porches, interior wall and ceiling coverings, insulation, cabinets, counters, flooring, and stairs. Interior trim and millwork, log work.
- Management and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and budget with quality work.
- Skills include improving the process that builds the home, not just the work of building the house itself.
