We added the barrel copper roof to dress up the entry. The new entry also features douglas fir beams, a beadboard ceiling, and a custom douglas fir door. The Carriage house overhead and entry doors are douglas fir to coordinate with the main house.
Sunset Manor
In 2016 we were hired to remodel the kitchen and entry in this lakeside home. In 2018 the clients asked us to come onboard for the renovation of their garage, transforming the space into a carriage house and in-law apartment.
The existing kitchen was completely remodeled into a gourmet kitchen. The cabinets were custom build and the countertops are a mix of marble with walnut on the island.
Stonemasonry surrounds the range area with marble shelves inset for spices. The hammered copper farmhouse sink adds a unique feel to the space.
The bathroom features a limestone countertop, custom tiled shower, and custom cabinets. Custom cabinets are also featured in the kitchenette.
